Vince Delmonte is the owner and creator of No Nonsense Muscle Building and is a true testimonial of his own program.
He used to way in at a measly 149 pounds, now he weighs in at 210 pounds, and its all ripped muscle. He used to have a nick name "skinny vinny". Not any more that's for sure!!
Vince certainly holds nothing back with in his program, he gives you the exact methods that he used to transform his weak skinny body into what it is today, ripped and buffed. The course is super comprehensive, and is easy to use that absolutely anyone can follow.

In the No Nonsense Muscle Building program you will find an extensive library of e-books and video that targets the training and building of each muscle group. Also there is a section on dieting and some recipes ranging from 1500, up to 3000 calorie intakes.
After reviewing Vince's program we certainly felt as if you have a far greater understanding as to how your body works. From learning about hormone levels and how important your diet is in affecting these, to constantly changing reps and exercises with in an exercise to keep muscle growth stimulated

Another feature in the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program that is very beneficial, is the 52 week workout plan which is accessible in the member's area. Vince has built a calendar there where all is you have you do is click the date and that day's workout is laid out for you.
Now the cool part...
After you've chosen your exercise you can then click on it, and it will give you an animated exercise description, and some tips for correctly performing those exercises.
With this added feature there are no questions on what, and how you should be doing on any particular day, week or month. This of course lays out your goals in front of you, keeping you truly focused on where you are going.

We thought we would try to contact Vince after we bought the No-Nonsense Muscle Building program with a couple of specific questions.
This is a good test in my eyes of the professional conduct of your muscle gaining coach.
Well within 24 hrs we had a reply that exceeded our expectations, and we even got given his direct phone also. Nice one Vince!!
To me personally this is a big part of the product as you really feel like you have your own personal trainer, coach and motivator that you can contact any time to give you that advice or that push, when you need it.
Vince certainly claims not to be a "Guru" in the muscle building arena. He has simply applied his own knowledge and vast experience and put it together into a massive, well put together muscle gain package that will change your life forever...
Another concept that we really feel is a huge factor in Vince's success is the fact he is "Drug Free". Safety and health is a big part of what Vince teaches in the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program.
Value for money is excellent. The calendar tool and the workout plan alone are exceptional and to us are worth more than what the program sells for.
But when you chuck in the bonus's ( you have got to go to his site to see them all, there's a lot!!), the 1-1 coaching and full dieting plan to stimulate muscle growth, you have more than got your moneys worth.
Vince is a firm believer in hard work, so if that doesn't sound like you then maybe this is not the course for you.
But, if you are the type of person who knows what it takes to get solid results, Vince is, with no doubt, the man that can and will take you on a journey of building solid, ripped muscle.
